[RMHC Mission]

[Reports to]

President & CEO

[Roles & Responsibilities]

(1) Program Management

  • Organize and lead RMHC Korea events and programs
  • Gauge effectiveness and plan accordingly for improvements
  • Oversee coordination and acceptance of donations
  • Work with partners and donors to ensure the Chapter is maximizing on partnership and support
  • Build a strong community network of Partners for relationship nurturing
  • Arrange periodic joint business planning sessions
  • Establish business metrics and processes to communicate results to support and measure successes
  • Actively participate in meetings and engagements for the purposes of promoting, understanding, and positioning RMHC Korea in strategic positioning and new business development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business and programmatic opportunities
  • Seek and cultivate new venues for business opportunities


(2) Operational Duties

  • Take ownership of processes leading up to and finalizing business deals and reports
  • Maintain up-to-date data entry in partner and donor database
  • Manage RMHC Korea Board of Directors meetings and reports
  • Manage partnerships and relevant programmatic logistics
  • Responsible for meeting budget targets for all programs
  • Develop materials and reports related to business offerings and updates (proposals, forms, and processes)
  • Identify internal workflow inefficiencies and implement continual improvements through cross-functional communications
  • Work cross-functionally to provide updates on relevant business updates for RMHC Webpage and social media channels
  • Provide input on annual budget and needed capital improvement projects
  • Plan and participate in RMHC Korea related functionsl


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • 5 years work experience in relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills and writing proficiency in English and Korean
  • Strong understanding of the business environment in Korea
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, detail-oriented work style, strong organizational skills
  • Interface closely with business affiliates, 2) collaborate as a team, and 3) gather and organize information from various sources
